The John Helmlinger Memorial Scholarship Fund was created in honor of our good friend and colleague, John Helmlinger. John believed in life-long learning and had the vision of a WAMOA sponsored scholarship fund. In his memory and his name, WAMOA has created this fund to assist its members in achieving life-long learning and fulfill John's vision.
